You can visit the Dolphin Center in Nuevo Vallarta for a supervised swim with dolphins, or go on the bay with a guide and watch dolphins doing their thing in the wild.

If you have star quality, make your own music at Café Roma or La Regadera, where you can belt out a tune on karaoke night.
